Return Policies

Return Policy:

Our return policy is good for and lasts 30 days. Once the 30 days has passed by from the delivery date of the items, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any refund or exchange.

To have eligibility for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and also in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There may also be certain situations when only partial refunds are applicable.

Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for whatever reason other than our mistake. 

Different types of items may be exempt from being returned.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once a return is received, we will review the product then send an email notification to you about our receival of the item. Our company will also notify you on either the approval or rejection for your requested refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days of approval.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please double check your bank account again first. It may take some time before your refund transaction is completed so please check in with your credit card company.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before any refund is updated.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at opticsportal@gmail.com

Discounted Items (If Applicable)

Only items with regular pricing will be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping:

In order to return your product, please email us at our support account opticsportal@gmail.com

Customers will be charged once for shipping costs (including returns); there will be no restocking to be charged to any consumers for the return of the product.

Depending on your geographic location, the estimated time for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $70, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that your returned item will always be received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
